General Contact Information

As standard operating procedure, we typically record the names, agencies, email / postal addresses, phone numbers of inquirers and why they contacted us, for customer service purposes. We do not publish such data except as described under "Customer Testimonial & Case Study Data," below.

Purchase Order and Transaction Data

When orders are placed and transacted with us, we collect information such as shipping address, telephone number, payment and invoicing information; also bank account/card numbers, billing addresses, bank card expiration dates, bank card security codes and tax form data.

We may also collect personal data relating to prospective purchasers’ financial situations, creditworthiness or any criminal or fraudulent activities provided to us by them or third parties, including information that establishes identity (such as driving licenses, passports and utility bills), information about transactions, credit ratings from credit reference agencies, fraud, offenses, and suspicious transactions. We will not publish this information, will keep it confidential and will delete it after the intended transactions are completed.

Customer Testimonial & Case Study Data

When customers voluntarily provide product, service information and images that we publish, we credit their statements and images with their names, agencies, what they said and when they said it. We do not publish their email addresses or phone numbers.
