Information Station Specialists, dba The Radio Source, provides remote technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for the life of our products.

  • For general technical support, call 616.772.2300 anytime and follow phone prompts for no-charge phone assistance. If your need can wait until the next business day, leave a voicemail message. In an emergency, follow phone system prompts to our hotline. We answer voicemail messages 24 / 7. Also, you may email us anytime to receive a response within 24 hours or earlier on the next business day.
  • For live assistance with computer-based audio control systems, call 616.772.2300 (and press 2) between 9 am and 5 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, to have one of our technicians work with you live online.

Our information radio systems, in particular, include diagnostic equipment to identify defective components. Typically, customers remove any defective modules and send them to our service department for replacement or repair; however, we do also offer onsite equipment evaluation and replacement. Request an onsite-visit quote for technical support or training, during or after system installation. Service contracts are also available and provide for prompt repair and replacement of defective components. Inquire for contract pricing.

Returns / Replacements

Defective products may be returned to us for repair or replacement at no charge during the below-described warranty periods (InfOspot units must be in original condition with original packaging). Customers may request service, replacement or a refund – minus freight, damages, shipping insurance and handling. If you want to return equipment, email or call 616.772.2300 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We do not accept returns without RMA numbers printed prominently on boxes. General Warranty

We warrant new products against defects in workmanship for one year from the date they are placed into service. Damage that occurs after delivery, such as from lightning or other physical, electrical / digital sources, including improper use or abuse, is not covered. And the warranty is void if the configuration of components, hardware or software, including the total system, are modified (or modified with respect to the installed operating environment) after delivery.

Exceptions: Certain personal computer components, peripherals and software may have warranties that exceed our one-year warranty and / or may begin on the date of sale. InfOspot / Talking House and Range Extender Outdoor Antennas & Tuners are warranted for 30 days from the date they are ordered. Our warranties for preowned / reconditioned products and the technical assistance period may vary from the above new-product warranty and will be stated on associated quotations.

This is the full and complete warranty for our products and services. We assume no obligation or liability for additions or modifications to the above warranty unless made in writing and signed by an officer of our company. We supply this warranty in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including warranties on the fitness of the product(s) for a particular purpose. In no event shall we be liable for incidental or consequential damage to the full extent that might be disclaimed by law.

Our general warranty may be extended beyond one year for an annual charge.

We assume no obligation or liability for additions or modifications to the above warranty unless made in writing and signed by an officer of our company. We supply this warranty in place of all other warranties expressed or implied, including warranties of fitness of the product(s) for a particular purpose. In no event shall Information Station Specialists be liable for incidental or consequential damage to the full extent that might be disclaimed by law.
